The Beatrice Hover Assisted Living Residence, established in 1990, was one of the first assisted living facilities in Longmont. Our founders, the Charles L. Hover family, were dedicated to providing retirement living with dignity in every aspect of life. Their legacy and vision are the basis of the services we provide. The Beatrice Hover Assisted Living Residence is located in a safe, secure residential neighborhood that allows easy access to parks, churches, medical attention, entertainment, public transportation and shopping.

Our private living suites feature a combination living room/bedroom space, private bathroom and shower, ample storage areas and large windows to enjoy the beautiful Colorado vistas. All of the suites are equipped with an emergency call system and individual heat and air conditioning controls. Hover Community pays the utilities. All of the suites include a complimentary cable television subscription. Private telephone service is arranged individually.

All meals are provided in two spacious, sunlit dining rooms where residents can enjoy the company of neighbors and friendly staff. The menu prepared by our chef is carefully planned to accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Generally the menu includes 2 to 3 entrée choices at each meal. A professional dietician regularly reviews the menus for balanced nutritional value. Resident suggestions and requests enhance the variety on our menus and we strive to make holiday meals and special occasions uniquely enjoyable.

Housekeeping and laundry services are included in the monthly fee. Each resident's laundry is handled separately.

Medications and their effective use is particularly important for our residents. The Beatrice Hover Assisted Living Residence arranges efficient, effective pharmacy services through a commercial pharmacy service. Staff will assist residents by keeping medications secure and bringing the prescribed dosage to the resident according to the schedule recommended by the physician.

24-hour professional care staff assist with daily living skills such as dressing, bathing, dining, personal mobility, maintaining a personal schedule and recreation.

Social activities, excursions and exercise programs are part of daily life.

Wellness Coordinator on staff manages medication administration, monitors all resident personal health and wellness and helps coordinate doctor visits and orders with the oversight of a registered nurse.

Transportation is provided to Longmont locations Monday through Friday. A wealth of public transportation options are also available.

Sunday multi-denominational chapel services are offered in our All Faiths Chapel.

The Creative Arts Room as well as the day rooms, sun porches, patio and gardens are open to all residents to use at their leisure.

Individualized Service Plans ensure that each resident's personal needs are identified. We make it a priority to ensure that we are qualified to meet the needs of each resident.

Beauty/Barber Shop on site offers convenience at very affordable rates for a full range of services. Our shop operator is a Colorado licensed cosmetologist and has been with us for more than ten years.


All Inclusive Rates All of the above services are included in the monthly rate. No additional fees. No annoying charges per client contact. Rates for single occupancy are $2800 to $3200 per month depending on suite size and floor plan. Suite sizes range from 275 sq. feet to 560 sq. feet. Double suites are available for double occupancy from $5400 per month or for single occupancy from $3,000 per month.
