Empowered Staff:
This innovative organizational structure challenges the staff to create environments that empower elders and those who are closest to them.

Quality of Life:
Including privacy, dignity, autonomy and emotional well-being.

Quality of Care:
Elders have less depression, less likely to be bedfast, more active physically, experience less symptoms of aging and are hospitalized less frequently.

Construction is Underway!

A Real Home:

The physical environment of each house is designed to transform the institutional nursing home into a small, residential environment that is home to 12 elders.

The Green House grounds are secured by environmentally appealing boundaries.
