She then began work as a traveling nurse, working in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vail, Montrose, and Delta.  Following a move to Texas, she continued to work in Labor and Delivery and then segued into the IT side of healthcare. With the exception of living in Texas for 5 years, she has lived in Colorado her entire life and knew she had to get back home!

She began working at Boulder Community Hospital, implementing a new EHR (Electronic Health Record) system.  In 2013, Diane began working as a consultant, implementing EHR's at different hospitals around the country.  With the onset of the pandemic, she began work at a long-term care facility as a nurse - it was like coming home to something she loved.  As the country opened up, she began working in Healthcare IT once again and continues to do so.

Diane has 3 children – her daughter and son live in Colorado and her youngest daughter lives in Los Angeles.  She has two of the best granddaughters and two of the best grandsons ever. Her youngest daughter has blessed her with a grand rabbit! She enjoys the great Colorado outdoors and loves to be in the mountains, camping and hiking, as well as spending time with her family and in her garden. She loves to read and has lists of her favorite authors. Diane is proud to be a member of the Hover Board and hopes to serve the community the way she would want her parents to be served.
