Welcome to Our New CEO: Craig Luzinski
Craig Luzinski DSL, RN, FACHE
Craig brings a wealth of experience and leadership in the healthcare industry to his new role as CEO at Hover Senior Living Community. His career path illustrates a deep commitment to improving employee engagement, resident experience, and healthcare outcomes.
Starting as a Respiratory Therapist and later becoming a Registered Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care, Craig gained valuable clinical expertise before transitioning into leadership and executive positions.
His tenure as CEO of Associates in Family Medicine, culminating in its acquisition by Village Medical, underscores his strategic vision and ability to navigate complex healthcare landscapes.
Prior to joining AFM/Village Medical, Craig has held executive level positions at Poudre Valley Hospital, Cheyenne Region Medical Center, and Longmont United Hospital.
Academically, Craig credentials, include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Regis University, and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University. These
academic achievements complement his extensive practical experience.
On a personal note, Craig resides in Windsor with Cyndy, his wife of 30 years. He is deeply rooted in Colorado, where his children and grandchildren also live. He enjoys fly fishing, golf, and is a hockey enthusiast, closely following the Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Eagles, and Minnesota Gophers. His mother lived in a senior living community for several years, frequently sharing her insights on how to “run the place.” She would love to know that Craig’s career journey and passion led him to the opportunity to help others in a senior community live well.
Craig's multifaceted background, compassionate and empathetic leadership style, and dedication to healthcare excellence position him well to lead Hover Senior Living Community into its next chapter, leveraging his strategic leadership acumen
and industry insights to enhance the community's vision and mission.
